Common questions
I bought Ad Free, but it's gone since I reinstalled. How do I get it back?
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. Google Play keeps the record of every purchase, so it comes back on any phone.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds are too. Within 48 hours you can request one yourself from your Google Play order history; after that, email us and we'll help.
My progress has disappeared.
Your bakery is saved on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it. If Android backup is turned on, reinstalling on the same Google account usually brings it back.
Does the game work offline?
Yes. Lamplight Bakery plays offline. It only connects for adverts, purchases, Bakery news and to tell us how the game is played.
What data do you collect?
The game keeps your progress on your phone and has no accounts. Google collects some data: for adverts (Google AdMob), for purchases (Google Play), to show us how the game is played (Google Analytics for Firebase, which in the UK and EEA only runs if you agree) and, if you turn it on, for Bakery news. Sharing a cake sends its picture only to the app you choose. If you email us, we keep your message so we can help. Our privacy policy has the details.
